The Mōsa Chronicles invites you to the fantastical world of Transea, where people are trying to survive the Darkness—a deadly plague. As magick awakens, warriors collide, and enemies ignite, this series tells a story of loss and the journey to heal and find joy and maybe even love in the most unexpected places. Centered on Women of Color and inspired by the Caribbean, the series features some heavy elements, including parental abuse, death and gore, murder, sexual content, off-page sexual assault, strong language, political unrest, racism, and violence. As a social worker and former therapist, I have drawn from my own experiences and extensive research on these elements. My goal in writing is to edify and do no harm.
